CORREVIT® L-350 Aqua Sensor

for slip-free measurement of longitudinal dynamics

CORREVIT® L-350 Aqua SensorThe CORREVIT® L-350 Aquaplaning Sensor produces outstanding accuracy on all standard test surfaces - wet or dry. Designed for applications such as aquaplaning testing, the L-350 Aqua adapts automatically to smooth, static water-covered surfaces, as well as to areas of moving or turbulent water, or sprayed surfaces.

Speed and distance information is updated at 250 Hz to track every highly dynamic maneuver. Ideal for performance tests, the sensor is configured with 2 auxiliary analog inputs and 1 trigger input. This enables direct connection of an accelerometer or brakepedal force sensor to the sensor electronic, as well as connection of a light barrier or brake pedal switch to start or stop the test. Wheel slip can also be measured by connecting a CORRSYS-DATRON wheel incremental encoder to the L-350 Aqua's counter input.

CORREVIT® S-350 Sensor with Gyro

for automatic calculation of sideslip angle relative to the vehicle´s center of gravity

CORREVIT® S-350 Sensor with GyroThe newly refined CORREVIT® S-350 2-axis non contact optical speed / slip angle sensor has revolutionized the measurement of vehicle speed in two axis as well as the crucial component of vehicle sideslip angle.

Expanding upon our world renowned accuracy for measurement of speed and slip angle, the new CORREVIT® S-350 has added functionality, higher accuracy, and is smaller then ever.

The CORREVIT® S-350 now has the capability to measure sideslip angle relative to the vehicle´s center of gravity regardless of mounting position to the vehicle.
This is accomplished by integrating a gyro to attain yaw rate. The CORREVIT® S-350 electronics interface has dedicated analog inputs for connection of the gyro.

The interface software, CeCalWin Pro then allows the user to set the required parameters to generate the signal output of slip angle relative to the vehicle´s center of gravity.
